一、同十丑年（元禄十年、1697年）五月五日、七十歳にて病死。法名は宗遠日深、葬所は法紹山浄光寺。

Item: On the fifth day of the fifth month of the tenth year of the same era [Genroku 10, 1697], he died of illness at the age of seventy. His posthumous Buddhist name was Sōen Nisshin; his burial place was Jōkōji Temple at Hōshōzan.
