可申付也 一所司亭へ令人歩庁屋之鑰取ニ  遣月行事各向于庁屋但月  行事之内壱人人歩等召連向  于評議所沙汰人中ゟ被相渡品  遂吟味請取之人歩ニ為持可向  干庁屋事其品 申し付けなさい。 一、所司の家に人夫を遣わして庁屋の鍵を取りに行かせ、月行事は各々庁屋に向かう。ただし月行事のうち一人は人夫等を召し連れて評議所に向かい、沙汰人中から渡される品々を吟味して受け取り、人夫に持たせて庁屋に向かわせること。その品々は以下の通り:  枚手二百四拾枚   (内訳:深頬二十四枚、浅頬二百十六枚、各六寸五分四方。ただし深頬の高さ七分、浅頬の高さ六分)  丸枚手十八枚   (直径六寸八分、輪径六寸、高さ五分。ただしこれは受け取り後、まとめて別当大夫へ渡す。槲葉・檜葉も相応に渡す)  美濃紙一帖(葛掛けの用途。ただし八枚ほど裁つ)  半紙五折(包丁拭きその他諸事に使用)  三度土器五十枚(本宮の塩並びに八社の御料の魚味等を盛る用途)  小土器十枚(八社の塩を盛る用途。ただし百枚の時は八社神供の内、直接籠に分けて全て載せる)  炊桶一つ(直径一尺二寸、煮染めの小豆を炊く用途)、手桶一つ(同前、手水桶の用途)  小鉢四つ(諸事に用いる)、筲一つ(三升入り、煮染めの用途)  柄杓二本(一本は炊桶用、一本は手水桶の用途)  手拭い一つ(晒布、長さ二尺五寸)、杓子一本(煮染めの用途) 等である。

shall be instructed. 1. Send laborers to the residence of the administrative officer (shoshi) to retrieve the keys to the office building (chōya), and each monthly official shall proceed to the office building. However, one of the monthly officials shall take laborers with him and go to the council chamber to examine and receive the items handed over by the deliberation officials, then have the laborers carry them to the office building. These items are as follows: 240 flat wooden plates (maite) (Details: 24 deep-rimmed plates, 216 shallow-rimmed plates, each 6 sun 5 bu square. The deep-rimmed plates are 7 bu high, shallow-rimmed plates are 6 bu high) 18 round plates (maru-maite) (6 sun 8 bu diameter, 6 sun rim diameter, 5 bu high. However, these shall be collectively handed over to the bettō-dayū after receipt, along with appropriate amounts of oak leaves and cypress leaves) 1 quire of Mino paper (for葛掛け use, but only about 8 sheets to be cut) 5 folds of half-sized paper (for wiping knives and various other uses) 50 earthenware vessels for three offerings (for holding salt at the main shrine and fish delicacies for the eight subsidiary shrines) 10 small earthenware vessels (for holding salt at the eight shrines. When there are 100 vessels, they are divided directly into baskets among the offerings for the eight shrines and all are loaded) 1 cooking bucket (1 shaku 2 sun diameter, for cooking red beans for dyeing), 1 hand bucket (same as above, for hand-washing water) 4 small bowls (for various uses), 1 bamboo basket (3 shō capacity, for dyeing use) 2 ladles (one for the cooking bucket, one for the hand-washing bucket) 1 hand towel (bleached cloth, 2 shaku 5 sun long), 1 wooden spoon (for dyeing use) and so forth.
