いつの比よりか世にながさきむじんといふ事
のはしまり人民世をわたるたすけとなるしかれ
ども其／得（とく）／失（じつ）のわかちを能たゞさず／当（たう）／然（ぜん）金銀を
とることにふける／依（これによつて）の壱／和（わ）／利（り）六分とするさん用に
利徳をいかゞと見れは／初（しよ）／終（じう）世にけんがくの相違

算／数（すう）は天地の妙をはかるいまこゝにうや〳〵

一 仮金壱歩むじん人数拾壱人壱和利六分のさんにして
取たる者年々永四拾目宛出し拾年に相済事
一 壱番は弐百五拾目十一番は四百目取也二番より末段々ましを取事
不取者は出金段々へる八番迄出し九はんより末不出事
一 利なし金にて勤銘々始終出金の事同手とり金そん徳

序
いつの頃からか世に「長崎無尽」という事が始まり、人民が世を渡る助けとなっている。しかしながら、その得失の分かちを十分に正しく理解せず、当然のように金銀を取ることに耽っている。これによって一割六分の利息とする算用に利得をどうかと見れば、初めと終わりで世に見解の相違のみがある。ただ辺土の算盤が誤っているのであろうか。およそ算数は天地の妙を測るものである。今ここで恐れ多くも無尽の算法を分かつものとしよう。
ある人が私に長崎無尽について問うた：
一、仮に金一歩、無尽人数十一人、一割六分利の算にして取った者は年々永四十目宛出し、十年で相済む事
一、一番は二百五十目、十一番は四百目取りなり。二番より末は段々増しを取る事。取らない者は出金が段々減り、八番まで出し、九番より末は出さない事
一、利なし金にて勤め、銘々始終出金の事。同じく手取り金の損得の事、段々利を問う
一、二割利金にて勤め、手取り金を問う。同じく損得の事
一、一番より末まで段々利を問う。始終損得の事。付けたり利に利を問う
一、開平法・開立法早速口伝の事
私は答えて言った： ●永というのは金一両の百目を言う

At some point in time, something called "Nagasaki mujin" began in the world, serving as assistance for the people to make their way through life. However, without properly understanding the distinction between profit and loss, people indulge in taking gold and silver as a matter of course. Consequently, when examining the profit from calculations with an interest rate of sixteen percent, there are only differences of opinion in the world between the beginning and the end. Perhaps it is merely that the abacus calculations in remote regions are mistaken. Generally speaking, arithmetic measures the mysteries of heaven and earth. Now here, I shall humbly divide the calculation methods of mujin.
Someone asked me about Nagasaki mujin:
1. Assuming one bu of gold, eleven mujin participants, calculated at sixteen percent interest, those who receive pay out forty me of permanent money annually, settling the matter in ten years.
