○米価の件について天明8年申年7月に申し渡された、諸大名家の家臣への江戸扶持米の件については、それぞれの領地からできる限り送るよう努めるべき旨が申し渡されている趣旨を心得、追って沙汰があるまでは、江戸表の扶持米についてはできる限り領分から送るよう努めるべきである。
右の趣旨を万石以上の面々へ漏れがないよう、それぞれ伝達すべきである。 10月
○多紀広寿院が医学館において毎年百日間行っていた諸生教育については当分の間中止し、これからは日々の講書等を行うので、陪臣や町医者等も都合に応じて自由に出席して聴講することができる。詳細については医学館に問い合わせること。また、これまで年々医学館へ寄付してきた面々も、今後は提出する必要はない。右の通り触れ回すこと。

○Regarding the matter of rice prices announced in the 7th month of Tenmei 8 (1788), concerning stipend rice for retainers of various daimyo houses in Edo: Understanding the directive that each domain should endeavor to send rice from their own territories as much as possible, until further notice, stipend rice for Edo should be sent from the domains as much as possible.
This directive should be communicated without fail to all those with holdings of 10,000 koku or more. 10th month
○The hundred-day education program for students that Taki Kōjuin conducted annually at the Medical Academy is temporarily suspended. From now on, daily lectures and readings will be held, so retainers of retainers (hatamoto vassals) and town doctors may freely attend and listen at their convenience. For details, inquiries should be made to the Medical Academy. Also, those who have been making annual donations to the Medical Academy need no longer submit them. This should be announced accordingly.
