▲〇諸国在ニおゐて近年猥ニ野火付候者多く諸人難儀之趣相聞候間向後堅野火付申間敷候若相背者於有之ハ早速召捕吟
　味之上急度可申付候条御料ハ御代官私領ハ領主地頭ニ而厳敷遂穿鑿野火付候者見掛候ハヽ他領他支配之無差
　別踏込召捕其最寄之奉行所又ハ其筋へ可指出候　右之趣御料私領寺社領共不洩様可被相触候

▲〇当寅年諸国違作之国柄多く米穀払底ニ付酒造人共儀銘々造来高之三分一相減三分二酒造可致候若隠造

▲○諸国の農村地域において近年みだりに野火をつける者が多く、人々が困窮している状況が聞こえてくる。今後は固く野火をつけることを禁止する。もし違反する者がいれば、早速捕らえて取り調べの上、厳罰に処する。御領は御代官、私領は領主・地頭において厳しく取り調べを行い、野火をつける者を見かけた場合は、他領・他の支配地であっても区別なく踏み込んで捕らえ、最寄りの奉行所またはその筋へ引き渡すこと。この趣旨を御領・私領・寺社領すべてに漏れなく触れ知らせること。

▲○当寅年は諸国で凶作の地域が多く、米穀が不足しているため、酒造業者は各々の従来の製造高の三分の一を減らし、三分の二の酒造とすること。もし隠れて製造などを行えば、その者はもちろん、その土地の役人まで取り調べの上、厳罰に処する。心得違いのないよう、御領は奉行・御代官および御預所、私領は領主・地頭から早々に触れ知らせること。この通り触れ知らせること。

▲○In rural areas throughout the provinces, many people have recently been recklessly setting wildfires, causing hardship to the people. Henceforth, setting wildfires is strictly prohibited. If there are any violators, they shall be immediately apprehended and, after investigation, severely punished. In government domains, magistrates and deputies, and in private domains, lords and local administrators shall conduct strict investigations. When wildfire setters are spotted, regardless of whether in other domains or under other jurisdictions, they shall be pursued and captured without distinction, and handed over to the nearest magistrate's office or appropriate authority. This directive shall be proclaimed without exception to all government domains, private domains, and temple/shrine lands.

▲○In this Year of the Tiger, many provinces have suffered crop failures and rice shortages. Therefore, sake brewers shall reduce their usual production by one-third, producing only two-thirds of their normal output. If anyone engages in secret brewing, not only that person but also the local officials shall be investigated and severely punished. To avoid any misunderstanding, in government domains, magistrates, deputies, and administrators of entrusted territories, and in private domains, lords and local administrators shall promptly issue proclamations. This shall be proclaimed accordingly.
