一宝暦二申年十一月廿二日御鳥見頭鈴木甚五大夫隠居被仰付候節組之者之儀御留守武頭鰐淵三郎兵衛へ仮
預り被仰付組之者勤方之儀ハ御鷹匠頭へ申達候様三郎兵衛并御鷹匠頭岸茂左衛門江
可相達旨ニ而其段申達候留有之
一明和元申年十一月御鳥見頭西村九郎右衛門病死ニ付鳥見組仮預り之儀ハ御留守物頭吉
田喜右衛門へ被仰付御鷹方御用筋之儀ハ御鷹匠頭岸五郎左衛門取扱候様被仰付候
一物頭病死等之節右組之者仮預り順仲間之内誰ニ而有之候段申聞候其節早速右之順之者
仮預り之儀申達追而御家老中へ御物語いたし候事
一物頭中死去或ハ御役御免等ニ而跡役被仰付候迄之間其同役之輩之内へ彼組之者仮支
配之儀御目付伝を以被仰付候事
一享和元酉二月廿二日今村伝兵衛御目付役被仰付候ニ付是迄月番仮預り組之者御家老中へ相伺候処
引渡候様被申聞候付其段伝兵衛へ申達之
一正徳二辰三月廿七日御水主頭有賀清右衛門死去同役堀口源左衛門江戸留守ニ付両組共御杉形奉行大宮彦右衛門へ
仮支配被仰付候四月廿五日樋口小左衛門へ清右衛門跡被仰付候ニ付彦右衛門仮預り御免
一同四午三月五日井原源兵衛江戸御供ニ罷越候ニ付高田金大夫へ忍之者仮支配被仰付候
一享保十二未七月廿五日芦田右衛門方被申聞候ハ河合瀧右衛門令病死候ニ付右組松尾源五左衛門へ仮支配被仰付候間
此段可申遣旨ニ付左之通以手紙申達候 然ハ河合瀧右衛門組御自分へ仮支配被仰付候間右之段拙者方ゟ可申達旨芦田右衛門殿被仰

諸組仮預かり
一、宝暦二年申年（1752年）十一月二十二日、御鳥見頭鈴木甚五大夫に隠居を命じられた際、その組の者たちについては御留守武頭鰐淵三郎兵衛へ仮預かりを命じ、組の者の勤務に関することは御鷹匠頭へ申し伝えるよう三郎兵衛並びに御鷹匠頭岸茂左衛門へ伝達すべき旨で、その件について申し伝えた記録がある。
一、明和元年申年（1764年）十一月、御鳥見頭西村九郎右衛門が病死したため、鳥見組の仮預かりについては御留守物頭吉田喜右衛門へ命じ、御鷹方の御用に関することは御鷹匠頭岸五郎左衛門が取り扱うよう命じられた。
一、物頭が病死等した際、その組の者の仮預かりの順番は仲間の内の誰であるかを申し聞かせる。その際、早速その順番の者への仮預かりのことを申し伝え、追って御家老中へ御相談申し上げること。
一、物頭中が死去または御役御免等で後任が任命されるまでの間、その同役の輩の内へその組の者の仮支配のことを御目付の伝達により命じられること。
一、享和元年酉年（1801年）二月二十二日、今村伝兵衛が御目付役を命じられたため、これまで月番で仮預かりしていた組の者について御家老中へ伺ったところ、引き渡すよう申し聞かされたので、その件を伝兵衛へ申し伝えた。
一、正徳二年辰年（1712年）三月二十七日、御水主頭有賀清右衛門が死去し、同役の堀口源左衛門は江戸留守のため、両組とも御杉形奉行大宮彦右衛門へ仮支配を命じた。四月二十五日、樋口小左衛門へ清右衛門の跡を命じたため、彦右衛門の仮預かりは免除された。
一、同四年午年（1714年）三月五日、井原源兵衛が江戸御供に出向いたため、高田金大夫へ忍の者の仮支配を命じた。
一、享保十二年未年（1727年）七月二十五日、芦田右衛門方より申し聞かされたのは、河合瀧右衛門が病死したため、その組を松尾源五左衛門へ仮支配を命じたので、この件を申し遣わすべき旨につき、左の通り手紙で申し伝えた。
「河合瀧右衛門組をお自分へ仮支配を命じられたので、その件を拙者方より申し伝えるべき旨、芦田右衛門殿より仰せ出でられた。右のため申し伝えるべく、このような次第である。以上。七月二十五日 松尾源五左衛門殿 上月武左衛門」

Various Groups' Temporary Custody
1. On November 22nd of Hōreki 2, Year of the Monkey (1752), when Suzuki Jingodayū, Head of Bird Watching, was ordered to retire, the members of his group were placed under the temporary custody of Wanibuchi Saburōbee, Deputy Military Commander for Castle Defense. It was ordered that matters regarding the duties of group members should be reported to the Head Falconer, and this was to be communicated to both Saburōbee and Head Falconer Kishi Mozaemon. There is a record of this communication.
1. In November of Meiwa 1, Year of the Monkey (1764), when Head of Bird Watching Nishimura Kurōemon died of illness, the temporary custody of the bird watching group was assigned to Yoshida Kiemon, Deputy Military Commander for Castle Defense, and matters related to falconry duties were assigned to Head Falconer Kishi Gorōzaemon.
1. When a military commander dies of illness, etc., the order of temporary custody of that group's members among colleagues should be announced. At that time, the matter of temporary custody should be immediately communicated to the person next in order, and later consultation should be made with the Senior Retainers.

On March 27th of Shōtoku 2, Year of the Dragon (1712), when Head Boatswain Ariga Seiemon died and his colleague Horiguchi Genzaemon was on duty in Edo, both groups were placed under the temporary supervision of Ōmiya Hikoemon, Cedar Grove Magistrate. On April 25th, when Higuchi Kozaemon was appointed to succeed Seiemon, Hikoemon's temporary custody was terminated.
1. On March 5th of the same 4th year, Year of the Horse (1714), when Ihara Genbee departed for Edo attendance, Takada Kindayū was assigned temporary supervision of the ninja.
1. On July 25th of Kyōhō 12, Year of the Sheep (1727), Ashida Uemon reported that Kawai Takiemon had died of illness, so his group was placed under the temporary supervision of Matsuo Gen-gozaemon, and this matter should be communicated as follows by letter:
"Since Kawai Takiemon's group has been placed under your temporary supervision, Ashida Uemon has instructed that this matter should be communicated from my office. This is to inform you of the above. Respectfully. July 25th. To Matsuo Gen-gozaemon. Kōzuki Buzaemon"
