現代語訳
鳳翔院様の御前へ召し出され、御加増百石を下し置かれた件
一 同年九月 江戸へ勤番として上り、一陣を務めて下った
ただし、この陣中で絹一疋、綿二百目を下し置かれた。この後八陣を務めた内、一度御客御応答勤を仰せ付けられたとのことであるが、年月は不詳である件
一 同七年未年五月 館林宰相様への御使者を仰せ付けられ、務めた件
一 貞享四年卯年四月 御上京の御供を務めた件

英語訳
He was summoned before Lord Hōshōin and granted an additional stipend of 100 koku.
1. In September of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty service, completed one tour of duty, and returned.
For this service during the tour, he was granted one roll of silk and 200 monme of cotton. After this, during the eight tours of duty he served, he was once appointed to guest reception duties, but the year and month are unclear.
1. In May of the 7th year, year of the Sheep, he was appointed as messenger to Lord Tatebayashi Saishō and carried out the duty.
1. In April of Jōkyō 4, year of the Rabbit, he served in the retinue for the lord's journey to Kyoto.
1. In August of Genroku 1, year of the Dragon, he was granted the former residence of Onoda Sukenoshin.
1. In January of Genroku 2, year of the Snake, due to illness, he was relieved of his official duties as requested.
1. In the intercalary first month of the same year, as requested, his son Shichirōemon was appointed as deputy messenger captain.
1. In the intercalary 8th month of Genroku 4, year of the Sheep, he was granted retirement as requested.
1. On the 21st day of the 7th month of Genroku 11, year of the Tiger, he died of illness. His Buddhist name was Shōan Rōseki Koji. He was buried at Tenneiji Temple on Mt. Banmoku.
