御徒ニ召出候事
一 寛保元酉年四月為勤番江戸表罷登
同十一月御下向御供ニ而罷下候
但御上京被為蒙 仰候ニ付御供被
仰付相勤候事
一 同ニ戌年九月御参勤ニ付御供為立帰
罷登候事
一 同三亥年四月仮目付被 仰付本役同
様相勤候事
一 延享元子年五月仮目付被 仰付同十二
月迄本役同様相勤候
但右ニ付骨折料金壱両被下置候事

徒士に召し出された事
一 寛保元年（1741年）酉年四月、勤番として江戸表に上った
同年十一月、御下向のお供として下った
ただし御上京の仰せを蒙ったため、お供を仰せ付けられて勤めた事
一 同二年（1742年）戌年九月、御参勤にお供として立ち帰って上った事
一 同三年（1743年）亥年四月、仮目付を仰せ付けられ、本役と同様に勤めた事
一 延享元年（1744年）子年五月、仮目付を仰せ付けられ、同十二月まで本役と同様に勤めた
ただし右につき骨折料として金一両を下し置かれた事
一 同三年（1746年）寅年三月、御参勤にお供として立ち帰って上った事
一 同四年（1747年）卯年九月、南山御順見のお供を勤めた事

For this service, he was granted one ryō of gold as compensation for his efforts
- In the third year of the same era (1746), year of the tiger, third month, accompanied the lord's sankin-kōtai journey and returned
- In the fourth year of the same era (1747), year of the rabbit, ninth month, served as attendant for the lord's inspection tour of Nanzan
- In the first year of Kan'en era (1748), year of the dragon, twelfth month, was appointed to assist with construction projects for one year, serving until the fourth month of the following snake year
For this service, he was granted two bu of gold as compensation for his efforts
