今度准后 宣下御用脚ニ付而也○今日御講會於浮瀬茶店有之 午刻斗向所■向戌半刻相済旅宿へ帰 十八日甲申晴木田庄左衛門より御借人銀之義被仰付候通御請申上也尤 五ヶ年賦之約定也○午後より能州堺へ行向御家来松浦寛輔 方ニ止宿 十九日乙酉晴胡保同道堺妙國寺蘇鉄初而一覧存外見事也 廿日丙戌晴卯正刻より胡保同伴濱邊魚市一覧生舩より生 魚類諸魚夥敷出之誠ニ古今之奇事也尤案内者召連也 廿一日丁亥晴堺御構會今日於住吉新家伊丹屋有之巳刻同所へ行向亥刻 相済松浦方へ帰○経紀始小児等今日除服也 廿二日戊子晴早朝より陸地歩行ニ而上京牧方ニ泊出後御講催ニ付蔵人義 浪■ニ滞留也 廿三日己丑晴寅半刻牧方ヲ発午刻 御殿へ帰着窺御機嫌了而未半 刻帰卿○去ル十九日浦野故玄以跡相續人小林薩摩介舎弟熟詠ニ 相成称浦野泰庵与由初而入来云々○一昨廿一日三手参會有之右 三手講掛り之義経千兼而相断置之処服中旁之由ニ而予并氏彦 両人右掛り被免更ニ経必経と紹御兼頼云々此旨今日氏彦より伝達也 ○予當年重服中ニ候得共一昨廿二日 御殿御玄猪被下如例年也 廿五日辛卯晴御家門御蔵附ニ付早朝出勤諸事如例夕刻相済 米百九石余納了〇姑幸子《割書:八十一才|》過日已来病氣不勝之處 今日昼比より至而不相勝追々及大切之旨為知来仍之當番之処 俄ニ令下宿帰宅之上直様逞清方江参于時戌刻過也幸子今日 午刻斗死去之由仍而弔悔申入且御酒壱樽三斤送之尤仮服 届之義過刻何とも一緒二届相済云々清嗣當年大行事之処

今度准后宣下の御用脚につき(借用の件)である。○今日御講会が浮瀬茶店で開催され、午刻頃に向かい、戌半刻に終了して旅宿へ帰った。 十八日甲申晴 木田庄左衛門より御借入銀の件について仰せ付けられた通り御請け申し上げた。もっとも五ヶ年賦の約定である。○午後より能州堺へ向かい、御家来松浦寛輔方に宿泊した。 十九日乙酉晴 胡保と同道して堺妙國寺の蘇鉄を初めて一覧したが、予想以上に見事であった。 二十日丙戌晴 卯正刻より胡保同伴で浜辺の魚市を一覧した。生船より生魚類諸魚が夥しく出されており、誠に古今の奇事である。もっとも案内者を召し連れてのことである。 二十一日丁亥晴 堺御構会が今日住吉新家伊丹屋で開催され、巳刻に同所へ向かい、亥刻に終了して松浦方へ帰った。○経紀始め小児等は今日除服した。 二十二日戊子晴 早朝より陸地を歩行して上京し牧方に泊まった。後に御講催促につき蔵人は浪華に滞留することになった。 二十三日己丑晴 寅半刻に牧方を発ち、午刻に御殿へ帰着、御機嫌を窺い、未半刻に帰卿した。○去る十九日、浦野故玄以の跡相続人小林薩摩介の舎弟が熟慮の末、浦野泰庵と称することになり、初めて入来したとのことである。○一昨二十一日に三手参会があり、右三手講掛りの件について経千がかねて相談していたところ、服中ゆえという理由で予並びに氏彦両人は右掛りを免じられ、改めて経必・経と・紹御・兼頼に委ねられたとのこと。この旨今日氏彦より伝達があった。○予は当年重服中であるが、一昨二十二日に御殿で御玄猪を例年の如く賜った。 二十五日辛卯晴 御家門御蔵附につき早朝出勤、諸事例の如く夕刻に相済み、米百九石余りを納入完了した。○姑幸子《八十一才》は過日以来病気が重く、今日昼頃より甚だ具合が悪くなり、追々大切な状態になったと知らせが来たため、当番中であったが俄かに下宿し帰宅の上、直様逞清方へ参った。その時戌刻過ぎであった。幸子は今日午刻頃死去したとのことで、弔意を申し入れ、且つ御酒一樽三斤を送った。もっとも仮服届の件について、過刻どうにか一緒に届け済ませたとのこと。清嗣は当年大行事の職にあるところ(である)。

This concerns expenses for the recent conferment of the title of quasi-empress (jun-kōgō). ○ Today a lecture meeting was held at Ukise tea house; I went around noon and returned to the inn after it ended at the latter half of the hour of the dog (around 8:30 PM). 18th day, Kinoe-Saru, clear: Kida Shōzaemon agreed to the silver loan as instructed, with a five-year installment plan arrangement. ○ In the afternoon, I went to Sakai in Nōshū and stayed at the residence of retainer Matsuura Kansuke. 19th day, Kinoto-Tori, clear: Together with Koyasu, I visited Myōkoku-ji temple in Sakai and saw the sago palm for the first time - it was more magnificent than expected. 20th day, Hinoe-Inu, clear: From the hour of the rabbit (6 AM), together with Koyasu I observed the fish market at the waterfront. Fresh fish of all varieties were brought in vast quantities from the fishing boats - truly a remarkable sight of our times. We were accompanied by a guide, of course. 21st day, Hinoto-I, clear: The Sakai council meeting was held today at Itamiya in Sumiyoshi Shinjuku. I went there at the hour of the snake (10 AM) and returned to Matsuura's place after it ended at the hour of the boar (10 PM). ○ Kyōki and the children completed their mourning period today. 22nd day, Tsuchinoe-Ne, clear: From early morning I traveled overland on foot to return to Kyoto, staying overnight in Makikata. I offered my condolences and sent one barrel of sake weighing three kin. The temporary mourning clothes notification was somehow submitted together with others after the designated time.
