へ出座于時経千挨拶之後文箱ヨリ差符二通取出し内見ニ入
由申差出畳へ直ニ置神主両通共披見了被返仍而請取文箱ニ
入于時足土䑓ニ紙敷干鱈和布塗盃壱等載御酒等出ル神主任
例祝義可被致旨申退入神師土顕挨拶ニ出取酌二三献了而退下了
〇所司人夫より明日着用之品装束奉行より受取今日為持被越

朔日壬午晴辰半刻斗神主より朝飯時分触有之于時浄衣之上下
着用神主亭へ参各相揃之後着座朝飯義正中相伴社司代敬平狩
衣着用左右年次預文氏所司代経千倭文庄乗尻宏顕目代利季雅
楽役成基貴布祢々宜乗尻斐顕金津庄乗尻健氏別当當代無位
経興以上浄衣但斐顕着指貫末座検断仗麻上下也朝飯献立如左

現代語訳
邸へ行き向かい、玄関において案内を申し入れ、所司代が五日の差符を内見に参入する旨を申し入れた。少時待つべき旨につき座敷次の間へ通されたところ、神主信平卿が狩衣を着て同間へ出座した。その時、経千が挨拶の後、文箱より差符二通を取り出し、内見に入る由を申して差し出し、畳へ直に置いた。神主は両通共に披見し終わって返されたので、請け取って文箱に入れた。その時、足台に紙を敷き、干鱈・和布・塗盃一つ等を載せ、御酒等が出された。神主は例の任により祝儀を致すべき旨を申して退入した。神師土顕が挨拶に出て取り、酌み二三献し終わって退下した。
○所司の人夫より、明日着用の品を装束奉行より受け取り、今日持参させられた。その品は左の如し。

朔日壬午晴れ 辰半刻ばかりに神主より朝飯時分の触れがあった。その時、浄衣の上下を着用し神主邸へ参った。各々相揃った後着座し、朝飯の儀を正中で相伴した。社司代敬平は狩衣着用、左右年次預文氏、所司代経千、倭文庄乗尻宏顕、目代利季、雅楽役成基、貴布祢々宜、乗尻斐顕、金津庄乗尻健氏、別当当代無位経興以上は浄衣、但し斐顕は指貫を着用、末座検断は麻上下である。朝飯の献立は左の如し。
焼物 鯖鮨 削物 塩鯖 蛸高盛 汁 味噌 白豆腐 箸
鱠《割書：大根・魚》 香物 高盛 飯

但し今朝、神主邸において宏顕が云うには、昨日夕刻、倭文庄乗尻序顕が所労につき

The head priest examined both documents and returned them, so I received them back and put them in the document box. At that time, paper was spread on a foot stand, and dried cod, wakame seaweed, a lacquered cup, and ceremonial sake were brought out. The head priest stated that congratulatory ceremonies should be performed according to precedent and withdrew. Divine master Doken came out to greet us, took charge, and after two or three rounds of sake, withdrew.
○ From the Administrator's servants, items for tomorrow's wear were received from the Costume Administrator and brought today. The items were as follows:
Ritual robes, court trousers ⟪marginal note: wisteria color, large crest⟫, large jacket, colored waist sash, colored dew accessories, etc.
Fifth month, short
1st day, Mizunoe-Uma, clear: Around the half-mark of the Dragon hour, there was a notification from the head priest about morning meal time. At that time, wearing formal ritual robes, I went to the head priest's residence. After everyone assembled and took their seats, the morning meal ceremony was conducted with formal accompaniment. Shrine Administrator Keihei wore hunting robes; Left and Right Annual Deputies Fumi-uji, Deputy Administrator Kyōsen, Yamato-no-fumi-no-shō Riding Officer Hiroaki, Deputy Toshisue, Court Music Official Nariki, Kibu-ne-no-ne Yoshi, Riding Officer Hideaki, Kanatsu-no-shō Riding Officer Takeuji, and Current Deputy Head Priest without court rank Kyōkō and above wore ritual robes, but Hideaki wore court trousers, and the junior inspector at the end wore hemp formal dress.
