一我等所持仕候宮坂屋敷地上畑弐畝弐拾歩之所永譲渡申為
　此礼金拾両唯今慥請取申候所実正御座候然上者御年貢
　御役義等者御帳面通御納勤可被成候右此畑ニ付親類縁者
　不及申脇々ゟ少茂構無御座候若横合ゟ如何敷義申出候

　引請急度埒明其許江少茂御難御苦労懸申間鋪候但竹藪

永久譲渡申し上げる屋敷地畑の件

一、私どもが所有しております宮坂屋敷地の上畑二畝二十歩の土地を永久に譲渡申し上げます。この礼金として金十両を、ただ今確かに受け取りました。間違いございません。これより後は、年貢や役儀等については帳面通りにお納め勤めになってください。この畑について、親類縁者はもちろん、周囲からも一切異議はございません。もし横から何か異議を申し出る者がありましたら、請人が引き受けて必ず解決し、あなた方に少しもご迷惑をおかけいたしません。ただし、竹藪については私どもで永久に管理いたします。お約束を取り決めました。それによって、藪地の年貢として米二合ずつを私どもで毎年上納いたします。万一この先どのような新しい事態が生じましても、少しも違反いたしません。後日の証拠として畑譲渡証文を作成いたします。以上の通りです。

Regarding the Permanent Transfer of Residential Land and Field

One: We hereby permanently transfer the upland field of 2 se 20 bu located on the Miyasaka residential land that we possess. As礼金 (ceremonial payment) for this, we have just now certainly received ten ryō in gold. This is absolutely correct. From now on, please fulfill your duties regarding annual rice tax and corvée labor obligations according to the account books. Regarding this field, neither relatives nor anyone else from the surroundings has any objection whatsoever. Should anyone raise any improper claims from outside parties, the guarantor will take responsibility and definitely resolve the matter, ensuring that you will not be caused even the slightest trouble or hardship. However, regarding the bamboo grove, we shall manage it permanently on our side as agreed upon. Accordingly, as annual tax for the grove land, we shall pay two gō of rice annually on our side. Even if any new circumstances should arise in the future, we will not violate this agreement in the slightest. We hereby create this field transfer certificate as future evidence.
