【下巻四十五丁表】
これ以前より世間にある塵劫記は、我（わが）拙（つたな）さのゆえに、まめ（丁寧）でなければ、あるいは足らず、あるいは繁きものもある故に、その誤りや欠落を正して、今また『新篇塵劫記』とこれを名付けて、板（版木）に刻み広める。しかしながら、この書にも誤りがあるやもしれない。今より以後、世に行われて、算法の指南をなさんとする者は、（誤りを）合わせ、附節（ふせつ）すべきものである。

The *Jinkōki* books that have been in circulation in the world until now are, due to my own inadequacy, either lacking in thoroughness, or deficient in some places, or overly verbose in others. Therefore, having corrected these errors and omissions, I have once again compiled this work, named it the *Shinpen Jinkōki* ("New Edition Jinkōki"), and committed it to woodblock for publication. Nevertheless, this book too may contain errors. Those who, from this time forward, shall use it in the world as a guide to the art of calculation, should compare and append corrections as needed.
