御役料二石を下し置かれた事
一同四年（未年）六月 蝋漆木方役人に仰せ付けられ、御役料二石はこれまで通り下し置かれた事
一宝暦六年（子年）正月 只今までの御役料二石を御加増として成し下された事
一同七年（丑年）三月 御勘定改役を仰せ付けられた
ただし後任が仰せ付けられるまで蝋漆木方を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、八月中まで相勤めた事
一明和元年（申年）閏十二月 当務に精を出し宜しく相勤めたにつき、御役料三石を下し置かれた事
一同七年（寅年）九月 願いの通り御擬作を差し上げた事
一安永元年（辰年）七月二十四日 病死 法名徳寿院釈清意居士 葬所同上

A stipend of two koku was granted.
- In the same 4th year (year of the sheep), 6th month: Appointed as official in charge of wax, lacquer, and wood affairs, with the stipend of two koku continuing as before.
- Hōreki 6 (year of the rat), 1st month: The existing stipend of two koku was granted as an additional increase.
- Same 7th year (year of the ox), 3rd month: Appointed as accounting inspector.
However, ordered to continue serving in wax, lacquer, and wood affairs until a successor was appointed, serving until the 8th month.
- Meiwa 1 (year of the monkey), intercalary 12th month: Due to diligent and excellent service in current duties, granted a stipend of three koku.
- Same 7th year (year of the tiger), 9th month: Submitted a budget proposal as requested.
- An'ei 1 (year of the dragon), 7th month, 24th day: Died of illness. Buddhist name: Tokujuin Shaku Sei'i Koji. Burial site: same as above.
