一文化十酉年六月相州観音崎詰
寄合組御雇勤被 仰付弐人扶持
被下置候事
一同十二亥年六月水業手際宜仕候間
此節御陣屋詰重軽之者共水業為
見候毎度罷出赤塚志賀へ申談
世話致稽古果敢行ニ相成候様可
取計旨被 仰付候事
一同十三子年正月豆州下田沖へ
異国船相見平根山手番ニ付同所へ

但正月元日ゟ同九日迄相詰候事
一同月炮術致出精年齢ゟ手際
宜相聞候ニ付為御褒美綿壱把被下

現代語訳
一、文化十年酉年（1813年）六月、相州観音崎詰として寄合組御雇勤を仰せ付けられ、二人扶持を下し置かれた。
一、同十二年亥年（1815年）六月、水泳の手際がよろしく仕つかまつったので、この節御陣屋詰の重軽の者共が水泳を見学するため、毎度罷り出て赤塚志賀へ申し談じ、世話をして稽古が果敢に行われるよう取り計らうべき旨を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十三年子年（1816年）正月、豆州下田沖へ異国船が現れ、平根山手番のため同所へ詰めた。
ただし正月元日から同九日まで詰めた。
一、同月、砲術に出精し年齢の割に手際がよいと聞こえたので、御褒美として綿一把を下し置かれた。
一、同十四年丑年（1817年）正月、水泳稽古手伝いを仰せ付け置かれたところ、御場所柄格別に費用がかかるため、年々金一分ずつを下し置かれた。
