かさつ成事仕かけ又は刀脇差をさし
弓鑓を持出百姓に不似合かた有之
候はゝたとひ理分たりといふ共急度
曲事に可申付事
一博奕賭之諸勝負并宿一切停止すへし
若相背ものあらは当人はいふに及はす
庄屋長百姓其五人組迄可為罪科事
一盗賊悪党者有之時は村中聞付次第
早速可出合惣而堂宮等にあやしき者
たゝすみ候はゝ見のかしに不仕急度可
相改事
一火之用心昼夜無油断心掛へし若
火事有之時は早速かけあつまり消
鎮め可申事
附御制札焼失不仕様に可心懸事
一御国追放之者并居村追放之者立帰
候を差置事堅可停止若かくし置又は
見のかし仕候はゝ庄屋長百姓可為
現代語訳
騒がしいことを仕掛けたり、また刀・脇差を差し、
弓・槍を持ち出すなど、百姓に似合わない格好があれば、
たとえ理屈が通っているといっても、必ず
処罰すること。
一、博打・賭け事の諸勝負並びに宿を一切停止すべし。
もし違反する者があれば、当人は言うに及ばず、
庄屋・長百姓その五人組まで罪科とすること。
一、盗賊・悪党者がいる時は、村中が聞きつけ次第、
早速出合うこと。すべて堂・宮等に怪しい者が
ただ住んでいるならば、見逃しにせず必ず
改めること。
一、火の用心は昼夜油断なく心がけるべし。もし
火事がある時は早速駆け集まり、消し
鎮めること。
附 御制札を焼失しないよう心がけること。
一、御国追放の者並びに居村追放の者が立ち帰って
来るのを差し置くことは堅く停止すべし。もし隠し置いたり、
見逃したりすれば、庄屋・長百姓を
