取置へし若過不足有之時は組頭庄屋
立合算用を遂過不足無之様に郷盛

山奉行之下知を相守るへし用水并水
論等之儀用水奉行へ可相達事
一何事によらす一味神水之儀はいふに

すへし若相背ものあらは早速可申
来かくし置後日に顕はるゝにおいてｈ於いては
庄屋長百姓迄可為罪科事
一喧嘩口論かたく慎むへし公領は申に
不及他領他村并友百姓に対して相手へ

取り置くべし。もし過不足がある時は、組頭・庄屋が
立ち合って算用を遂げ、過不足がないように郷盛を
行い、小百姓に郷盛の趣旨を申し聞かせ、合点の
上で判形を取り、以後出入がないようにすること。
附 諸算用の出入がある時は、組頭・庄屋・
長百姓その五人組が立ち合って吟味し、
指引すること。すべて算用の出入は三年を
過ぎてはならないこと。
一、御立山・御立薮並びに山林・竹木等の御法度は
山奉行の下知を相守るべし。用水並びに水
論等の儀は用水奉行へ相達すること。
一、何事によらず一味神水の儀は言うに
及ばず、すべて徒党がましきことは一切停止
すべし。もし相背く者があれば早速申し
来ること。隠し置いて後日に顕れるにおいては、
庄屋・長百姓まで罪科とすること。
一、喧嘩・口論は堅く慎むべし。公領は申すに
及ばず、他領・他村並びに友百姓に対して相手へ

and mediate. All accounting disputes must not
exceed three years.

the orders of the mountain magistrate must be obeyed. Matters concerning irrigation water and water
disputes must be reported to the irrigation magistrate.
1. Regardless of the matter, concerning secret oaths and conspiracies, needless to say,
all factious activities must be completely prohibited.
If there are any who violate this, it must be reported immediately.
If it is concealed and later comes to light,
even the village headman and senior farmers shall be held criminally responsible.
