捨馬之儀ニ付段々被 仰出処頃日も捨馬
仕候物有之候急度御仕置可被 仰付候得共
先此度も流罪被 仰付候向後捨馬
仕候者抱有之者可被重科者也

捨馬不仕候様ニ被 仰出候得共相背者
有之最前遠嶋被 仰付段々御仕置之處
今以右之族有之重々不届至極ニ候得共
御慈悲を以今度も右同罪被 仰付候
御領私領共ニ急度申付畢竟生類憐之
候処専一ニ可仕候此以後捨馬致候者其わけにより
御代官地頭可為越度候以上

御書付
覚
捨馬の件について度々仰せ出されたところ、近頃も捨馬をする者がいる。厳しい御仕置きを仰せ付けられるべきであるが、先ず今度も流罪を仰せ付ける。今後捨馬をする者を抱える者は重い科を被るものである。

口上の覚
捨馬をしないようにと仰せ出されたが、それに背く者がいて、最初は遠島を仰せ付け、段々と御仕置きをしたところ、今もってそのような輩がいるのは重々不届き至極であるが、御慈悲をもって今度も右同様の罪を仰せ付ける。御領・私領ともに厳しく申し付け、畢竟生類憐れみの趣旨を専一に致すべきである。この後捨馬をする者があれば、そのわけにより御代官・地頭の越度となる。以上
