御城近辺で風向きが悪い出火、または遠火であっても御城内へ風向きが悪く火の粉も飛んでくる程度の場合には

In case of fires within the castle grounds or other major fires, according to the agreement among the resident retainers, personnel shall be stationed at their residential quarters, while I myself shall go out to the dismounting area (castle entrance) and remain on standby there.
