七月二十七日、牧野主膳より別紙書付一通を渡された。左の通り。
御徒目付以下、詰め職人、その他支配下の者どもの名前・人数の一覧（名元列書）、ならびに御擬作人数（定員外の役人・臨時の雇用者数）の増減について、相違が生じた際にはその都度届け出ること。
なお、御在府中（殿様が江戸在府中）は、江戸表の御右筆部屋まで右の趣旨を届けるよう、且つ江戸表へも（国元から）情報を通じておくこと。

**天明八年（1788年）申年**
七月十三日、橋葉織部より申し聞かされたことには：今後、繰り船（渡し船・漕ぎ船）の御通行の際は、これまで御波戸場（船着き場）を（御通行の場として）仰せ付けていたが、今後は取りやめ、平常より設けられている飛び石をもって御通行なさるよう、御水主頭（かこがしら）へ仰せ付けられた。
ただし、出水（洪水・増水）等の節に支障が生じる場合は、御水主頭より御目付らへその旨を届け出ることになっているので、その際は（その旨を）申し遣わし、御用人中へ当番より申し達すべき旨、申し聞かされた。
但し、繰り船の御通行に支障がある場合は、大橋通り町出（大橋を通って町へ出る道）を御通行なされるよう仰せ付けられた。

**Tenmei 6th Year (1786), Year of the Horse**
On the 27th day of the 7th month, Makino Shūzen delivered one written notice as per the attached document, the contents of which are as follows:
Regarding the roster of names and personnel lists (naamoto-resho) for foot inspectors (okachi-metsuke) and below, stationed artisans (tsume shokunin), and other persons under administrative jurisdiction, as well as increases or decreases in the number of provisional/supernumerary personnel (gigi-saku ninzū): whenever any discrepancy or change occurs, it shall be reported accordingly.
Furthermore, while the lord is in residence in Edo (go-zaifu-chū), the relevant information is to be delivered to the Edo scribes' office (go-yūhitsu beya), and the same shall be kept current and communicated between Edo and the home domain.

**Tenmei 8th Year (1788), Year of the Monkey**
On the 13th day of the 7th month, Hashiba Oribu communicated the following:
Henceforth, when the lord passes through by rowing boat (kurifune), whereas the boat landing (hato-ba) had previously been designated for his passage, this shall be discontinued, and the lord shall instead pass via the stepping stones (tobiishi) that are ordinarily in place. The head of the sailors/boatmen (go-kako-gashira) has been so instructed.
However, in the event that flooding or rising waters make passage difficult, the head of the boatmen shall report this to the inspectors (metsuke), and at such times, the on-duty official (tōban) shall report the matter to the senior administrators (go-yōnin-chū).
Proviso: Should passage by rowing boat be unavailable, it is decreed that His Lordship shall pass via the Great Bridge (Ōhashi) route through the town.
