○初めての御目見を仰せ付けられることについて、差し支えのない向きは左の通りに仰せ付けられるので、それ以前に願い出るよう心得るべきこと。

《後》一、八月晦日、この度江戸表大奥において御姫様御誕生の儀につき、御用人より申し聞かせあり。文化十一戌年十月の通りとする。

《前》一、二月九日、御用人より申し聞かせがあったのは、これまでの通達の儀については別段申し達していたところ、この度格別御省略につき、以後一通りの儀については連名にて申し達す旨、断りを申し聞かせた。

五月二十九日
右の通り心得、御役人共へも通達すべき旨、御用人より申し聞かせがあったので、それぞれに達した。
○松平因幡守様、以後御両敬に相成られる。この段、心得のため申し達する。右の趣、御役人共へも申し通ずべきこと。

右の通り御用人より申し聞かせがあったので、それぞれに申し通した。
一、文政元寅年（1818年）
○御大名様方を称し認める儀について、御同姓様をはじめ、以後御苗字を付けるようになった。この段、御役人の面々へも申し通ずべきこと。
正月十一日
右の通り仰せ出された旨、御用人より申し聞かせがあった。
一、十二月十四日、永見小八郎より申し聞かせがあったのは、御方々様の御順は別紙の通りであるので、左様に心得るべく……
英語訳
○ Concerning those for whom there is no objection to being granted their first formal audience (o-mie), appointments shall be made as described below. Parties are to understand that they should submit their petitions prior to the designated dates.
After the lord's return to the domain:
15th day of the 6th month 15th day of the 8th month 15th day of the 12th month
Before the lord's celebratory procession (go-keiga), at the go-zasho (the lord's reception hall):
Within the period from the 2nd month through the early part of the 3rd month
Proviso: Regarding those granted their first o-mie on this day, it is considered that there may be those who wish to be presented at the martial arts review (bugei o-ran). Appointments have therefore been made accordingly.

《Later entry》Item: On the last day of the 8th month, the go-yōnin communicated that a princess (go-hime-sama) had been born in the O-oku (Inner Chambers) in Edo. This is to be handled in the same manner as the 10th month of Bunka 11, Year of the Dog.

《Earlier entry》Item: On the 9th day of the 2nd month, the go-yōnin communicated that whereas notices had previously been sent separately, henceforth, for routine matters, notifications would be issued under a combined signature (renme). Notice of this change in procedure was communicated.

Item: Regarding correspondence bearing the honorific "sama" (様) addressed to Tsunogorō-sama, as well as the dispatching of official business, these shall continue as before. For all other matters bearing the honorific "sama," parties are to take note accordingly.
29th day of the 5th month
The go-yōnin communicated that the above is to be understood and that the officials (o-yakunin-domo) are likewise to be notified. Notice was accordingly given to each party.
○ Matsudaira Inaba-no-kami-sama shall henceforth be addressed with the dual honorific (go-ryōkei). This is communicated for the purposes of general awareness. The substance of the above is to be communicated to the officials as well.
16th day of the 12th month
The go-yōnin communicated the above, and notice was accordingly given to each party.
Item: Bunsei 1st year, Year of the Tiger (1818)
○ Concerning the manner of addressing and writing the names of the daimyō lords, it has been decided that henceforth, beginning with those of the same clan name (go-dōsei-sama), family surnames (o-myōji) shall be appended. This is to be communicated to the officials.
11th day of the 1st month
The go-yōnin communicated that the above has been decreed accordingly.
Item: On the 14th day of the 12th month, Nagami Kohachirō communicated that the order of precedence among the ladies of the household (o-kata-gata-sama) is as per the attached separate document, and that all parties are to take note accordingly…
