右の順序によること
一、同日、江戸表へ書状をもって御祝い・御機嫌伺い等を申し上げる件について、今後は別紙のとおりに取り扱うこととなった旨、同人より申し聞かせがあった。
一、御家老中からのお触れにより、恐悦（謹んでお祝い申し上げること）を申し上げる際には、殿様へはこれまでどおり書状を差し上げるには及ばず、御前様へ御祝いの書状を差し上げること。以後、毎回通達するには及ばないこと。
一、年始・暑中・寒中には、殿様および御前様へ書状を差し上げること。
一、身分上のお礼の書状を差し上げる件については、これまでどおりとすること。
右のほか、臨時に書状を差し上げる件については、これまでどおり、その都度通達を行うこと。
一、書状の書き方は以下のとおり。
殿様・御前様へ申し上げる際は、一枚の紙にて、
「一筆申し上げます 云々」
「上々様にはますますご機嫌よく 云々」

旧暦十二月晦日（みそか）に、皆川多左衛門・高田作之丞より申し聞かせがあったことは、
先日より延引となっておりました、
御聟入り（お婿入り）・御里披露（おさとびろう）・御舅入り（おしゅうといり）等の件について、別紙の日取りのとおりにご準備なされる予定であること。そのようにご承知おきください、との申し聞かせがあった。

Items to be addressed in the above order.
Item: Regarding the matter of sending letters to Edo to offer congratulations and inquiries after one's health on the same day, from henceforth the matter is to be handled as per the attached separate document, as communicated by the said person.
Sub-item: On occasions when congratulations (kyōetsu) are to be offered in response to a notice from the Senior Councillors (Karō), it is no longer necessary to submit a letter to His Lordship as was previously done. Instead, a letter of congratulation is to be submitted to Her Ladyship. It shall not be necessary to issue a notice for this on each subsequent occasion.
Sub-item: At New Year, during the height of summer (shochū), and during the cold season (kanchū), letters are to be submitted to both His Lordship and Her Ladyship.
Sub-item: Regarding the submission of letters of formal gratitude relating to one's status, this shall continue as before.
Regarding all other occasions requiring the ad hoc submission of letters beyond the above, notification shall be issued each time as has been done previously.
Item: The format for writing letters is as follows:
When addressing His Lordship and Her Ladyship, on a single sheet of paper:
"I humbly take up my brush to write…"
"I trust that your most esteemed self continues to enjoy the best of health…"

On the last day of the twelfth month (by the old lunar calendar), Minakawa Tazaemon and Takada Sakunojō communicated the following:
Regarding the matters of the Bridegroom's Arrival Ceremony (Muko-iri), the Bride's Home Visit and Unveiling (Satobiro), and the Father-in-Law's Visit (Shūto-iri), which had been previously postponed, it has been decided that these shall be arranged according to the dates listed on the separate attached document. Please be informed accordingly.
