一、出府ならびにお暇（帰国）の節も同様とすること。

右のとおり、御用人より申し聞かせがあった。
一、十二月五日、雨森伝左衛門より、未・戌年詰（在番）の土屋十郎右衛門へ申し聞かせたことは、
別紙のとおりご命令がございましたので、そのようにご承知おきください、との旨であった。
これにより、十郎右衛門より来たる戌年の諸御徒目付ならびに組の者どもへ申し渡しがなされた。
江戸表の御屋形向けをはじめ 云々

右のとおり、弘化元辰年（一八四四年）十一月にご命令のあった趣旨について、なおまた怠ることのないよう、心得ておくべきこと。

○ New Year greetings, seasonal festival felicitations, and all other formal congratulations (kyōetsu) and health inquiries addressed to Her Ladyship are to be submitted to the Ohirobiki Goyōnin (the chamberlains of the inner household).
Item: The same procedure applies upon departing for Edo (shutspu) and upon taking leave to return home (o-itoma).

Item: On the 5th day of the 12th month, Amenomori Denzaemon communicated the following to Tsuchiya Jūrōemon, who was on duty (tsume) during the years of Hitsuji (未) and Inu (戌):
That an order had been issued as per the separate attached document, and that he should be informed accordingly.
Thereupon, Jūrōemon issued instructions to the various御徒目付 (o-kachi metsuke, inspectors of foot soldiers) and members of his unit for the coming year of Inu (戌).
