現代語訳

一　四月十四日、使者を通じて例年通り国産の初鯖を献上した。

一　同月十五日、暇の礼の後であるため登城はなし。

一　同日、拝領した馬を老中戸田山城守忠昌殿からの使者が引率してきた。馬方の宮下円四郎幸雄が受け取り、狛帯刀改江貞に引き渡した。その際、玄関にお出ましになり、帯刀が手綱を差し上げて拝領が済み、渡しの間において右の使者に酒肴を下賜し、返答があった。

一　同月（日付不詳）、養子の件について同意願いの趣旨を次の通り老中に提出した。

　　　　　私は男子がおりませんので、もし領地で死去した場合には、松平長門守の弟長吉を召し出し、どのようにでも遺跡の後継を仰せ付けていただければ、有り難く存じます。以上

1. On the 14th day of the 4th month, through an envoy, the first mackerel of the local products was presented as was customary.

1. On the 15th day of the same month, there was no castle attendance as it was after the farewell ceremony.

1. On the same day, the gifted horse was brought by an envoy from Elder Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa. Horse keeper Miyashita Enshirō Yukio received it and handed it over to Koma Tachi Enosada. On that occasion, [the lord] appeared at the entrance, Tachi presented the reins, the reception was completed, and in the transfer room, sake and delicacies were bestowed upon the envoy, and there was a response.

1. In the same month (date unclear), regarding the matter of adoption, a petition for consent was submitted to the Elder as follows:
