幸便に託してお便りいたします。時節柄暖かくなってまいりましたが、ますますご健勝でいらっしゃることと、誠に喜ばしく存じます。さて、先日は参上いたしましてお目にかかることができ、ありがたい次第でございました。ついては、その際にお話し合いいたしました通り、手付金を持参する予定でございましたが、何かと仕入れが多額になりまして、資金の残りも都合がつかない状況でございます。少額ではございますが、金三両まででお送りいたします。お受け取りください。もちろん荷物が到着次第、名古屋から早々に代金をお送りいたします。価格については出来る限り精一杯努力いたしますので、どうぞ急いで荷物をお送りくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
また、先日の決算書の件につきましては、帰宅次第整理して、通常の便で勘定書をお送りいたします。なお、残りの荷物の代金については書類がございませんので、その都度お申し越しください。その際は早速お渡しいたします。

Regarding the matter we discussed at that time, I was supposed to bring the deposit money as arranged, but due to various large purchases, my remaining funds are insufficient. Although it is a small amount, I am sending up to three ryō in gold. Please accept it. Of course, as soon as the goods arrive, I will promptly send the payment from Nagoya.
