公家衆御馳走之御能有之御三家御譜代
大名高家雁之間詰御奏者番菊之間同
御縁頬詰諸役人見物被 仰付之
一 今日竹之間御座席奉行昨日御張紙ニ有馬
左兵衛佐殿我等名前出候由昨日詰日衆ゟ為
心得手紙ニ而申来候間登 城候上左兵衛佐殿え
申談候
一 竹之間御座席奉行相勤候ニ付御中入前
御料理給申度旨御目付え申談候御中入前
左兵衛佐殿我等於中之間御料理頂戴候
一 腰脚廣蓋相済候已後雁之間え相越圖之所ニ
罷在無程番頭壱人御給仕之中奥衆被参芙
蓉之間ニ被並居候左兵衛佐殿被参御案内致候旨
被申候故御出迎圖之通罷在候

寛政五年（癸丑の年）十月十八日
公家衆への御馳走の御能が行われ、御三家、御譜代大名、高家で雁之間詰、御奏者番で菊之間同様の御縁頬詰の諸役人に見物が仰せ付けられた。
一 今日竹之間御座席奉行について、昨日の御張紙に有馬左兵衛佐殿と我等の名前が出ていたとのことで、昨日の詰日衆から心得として手紙で申し来たので、登城の上、左兵衛佐殿に申し談じた。
一 竹之間御座席奉行を相勤めることについて、御中入前に御料理をいただきたい旨を御目付に申し談じた。御中入前に左兵衛佐殿と我等は中之間において御料理をいただいた。
一 腰脚と廣蓋の準備が済んだ後、雁之間に赴き図の所に控えていたところ、程なく番頭一人と御給仕の中奥衆が参られ、芙蓉之間に並び居られた。左兵衛佐殿が参られ、御案内をするとのことを申されたので、御出迎えを図の通り控えていた。

Kansei 5 (Year of the Water Ox), 10th month, 18th day
A Noh performance was held to entertain the court nobles, and the Three Houses (Tokugawa branch families), hereditary daimyo, high-ranking families assigned to the Goose Room, and various officials of the same rank as those assigned to the Chrysanthemum Room as ushers were ordered to attend as spectators.
1. Today regarding the Bamboo Room Seating Magistrate position, yesterday's posted notice apparently listed the names of Lord Arima Sahyoe-no-suke and myself. The duty officials from yesterday sent word by letter as information, so after going to the castle, I consulted with Lord Sahyoe-no-suke.
1. Regarding serving as Bamboo Room Seating Magistrate, I consulted with the inspector about wanting to receive a meal before the intermission. Before the intermission, Lord Sahyoe-no-suke and I received our meal in the middle room.
1. After completing preparations with the sword and ceremonial umbrella, I went to the Goose Room and waited at the designated spot. Before long, one guard captain and middle palace attendants responsible for service arrived and were seated in the Hibiscus Room. Lord Sahyoe-no-suke came and said he would provide guidance, so I waited as planned to greet them.
