一 金弐／百（印）両也
右は此／度（印）酒造引受ニ付贄川綿屋金
慥ニ請取借用之品実正明白ニ御座候然上は
年々壱割之以勘定ヲ利金差遣可申候万一
利足及遅滞候節ニ付右酒造道具不残地所株
共貴殿方江御引取可被成尤酒造道具不残
并地所ニ付異論妨候は無御座候後日故障
申支御座候加判人罷出貴殿江少も御損
御苦労相懸ヶ申間敷候為後日仍而証文

現代語訳
借用申し上げる金子の件
一 金二百両也
右は、この度酒造を引き受けるにつき、贄川綿屋より金子を確かに受け取り、借用の品は実正明白でございます。その上は年々一割の勘定をもって利金をお渡し申すべく候。万一利息が遅滞する節には、右の酒造道具残らず、地所・株ともに貴殿方へお引き取りいただくべく、もっとも酒造道具残らず並びに地所について異論・妨げは御座なく候。後日故障を申し立て御座候えば、加判人が罷り出て貴殿へ少しも御損失・御苦労をおかけ申すまじく候。後日のため、よって証文のごとくに件の通り。

Regarding the borrowed money
Item: 200 ryō of gold
The above sum has been properly received from Wataya of Niekawa for undertaking sake brewing this time, and the borrowed amount is authentic and clear. Based on this, I shall pay interest at a rate of 10 percent annually. Should the interest payments fall into arrears, all the aforementioned sake brewing equipment, land, and business licenses shall be transferred to your possession. There are no objections or obstacles regarding all the sake brewing equipment and land. Should any disputes arise in the future, the guarantor will appear and ensure that you suffer no loss or trouble whatsoever. This certificate is executed for future reference.
