一 此友八儀当村出生之者ニ而只今迄当村之
宗門入置申候所当春ゟ高遠町江
引越住居仕候付則鉾持町宗門
帳ニ御入被下候様ニ願申候困難此者ニ
付何様之儀御座候共我等罷出
急度埒明少も御苦労置申間
敷候為後日如件

差出申一札之事
一、この友八という者は当村生まれの者で、今まで当村の宗門帳に登録していましたが、この春から高遠町に引っ越して住むことになりましたので、鉾持町の宗門帳にご登録いただきますようお願い申し上げます。もしこの者について何か問題が生じましても、私どもが出向いて必ず解決し、少しもご迷惑をおかけいたしません。後日の証明のため、書面にて申し上げます。

Should any difficulties arise concerning this person, we will come forward and certainly resolve the matter without causing you any trouble. We submit this document for future reference.
