江戸着御用番松平伊豆守 殿江罷出御書指出之
一 同日是迄奥役与相唱候役名以来御小道具役与相改候様
且又席之儀奥御納戸次ニ被 仰出
一 同月廿八日寒中ニ付御書を以例之通御国産二番生鱈被献之

付け西尾源太左衛門長寄が持参し、切支丹奉行中へ提出した
一 十二月二十五日、寒中の御機嫌伺いとして御使者岡部宇右衛門が
江戸に到着し、御用番松平伊豆守殿のところへ参上して御書を提出した
一 同日、これまで奥役と称していた役名を、以後は御小道具役と改めるよう、
また席次の件については奥御納戸の次に位置するよう仰せ出された
一 同月二十八日、寒中につき御書をもって例の通り御国産二番の生鱈を献上した
