高拾人扶持被下之未年若ニ付今暫
同姓尉左衛門方江罷在致修業候上当地江
引越可申候依之格席等之義は追而被

菅沼伝一郎
頼寧君の治世
一 天保5年（午年）8月5日、新規に召し出され、御知行として高10人扶持を下賜された。まだ年若のため、しばらくの間、同姓の尉左衛門の元に留まり修業を積んだ上で当地へ引っ越すこととなった。これにより格式や席次等については追って仰せ出されるまで御番方給人の末席とする。
一 同13年（寅年）2月20日、引っ越しに付き、兼ねてより仰せ出されていた通り高10人扶持を下賜され、御番方としての高に応じた席次、すべて御番方の通例に従い心得るべし。もっとも御番の勤務については追って仰せ出される旨が仰せ出された。
一 同年12月18日、御番方外並の通り御番方にも出仕するよう仰せ出された。

Suganuma Den'ichiro
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On the 5th day of the 8th month of Tempo 5 (Horse year), he was newly summoned and granted a stipend of 10 men's provisions. Due to his young age, he was to remain temporarily with Jozaemon of the same family name to complete his studies before moving to the local area. Accordingly, matters of rank and seating order would be announced later, and he was placed at the lowest seat among the guard unit retainers.
- On the 20th day of the 2nd month of Tempo 13 (Tiger year), upon his relocation, he was granted the previously announced stipend of 10 men's provisions as a guard unit member, with seating order according to his stipend rank, and was to conduct himself according to all guard unit customs. However, it was announced that actual guard duty assignments would be given later.
- On the 18th day of the 12th month of the same year, he was ordered to also serve in the guard unit in the same manner as those of exterior rank equivalency.
