一音楽は亜細亜の三国に往昔より伝わり
しも時世の変遷に従ひ天竺支那は
古代に変りたる事間々有由にて八音五
律正統之譜節は正しく本朝に伝来
京都におゐて伶人の家々を被立置御式之
事々により舞楽を奏し神事御祭礼
の御執行を勤め又入門有志輩の懇望に
任せ夫々相伝之許状を授与し又諸国
神社之大祭寺院之法会等には必執行奏

打ち上げ花火は鯖江藩に妙術が伝来している。
例年同所の台において昼夜数多く打ち上げており、
四方からの見物客が群集している。
音楽の事
一、音楽は亜細亜の三国に往昔より伝わったが、時世の変遷に従って天竺・支那は古代から変わったことが間々ある由で、八音五律正統の譜節は正しく本朝に伝来した。京都において伶人の家々を設置され、御式の事々により舞楽を奏し、神事・御祭礼の御執行を勤め、また入門志願者の懇望に応じてそれぞれ相伝の許状を授与し、また諸国神社の大祭・寺院の法会等には必ず執行して奏楽している。

Every year, numerous fireworks are launched day and night from platforms at the same location,
and spectators gather from all directions.
On Music
First, music has been transmitted to the three countries of Asia since ancient times, but following the changes of the times, Tenjiku (India) and China have undergone various changes from ancient times, while the orthodox musical scales and rhythms of the Eight Sounds and Five Pitches have been properly transmitted to our country (Japan). In Kyoto, houses of court musicians have been established, and they perform court music for various ceremonial occasions, serving in the execution of Shinto rituals and festival ceremonies. They also grant transmission licenses to those who earnestly wish to enter the discipline, and they invariably perform music at grand festivals of shrines throughout the provinces and Buddhist ceremonies at temples.
