見聞次第之書継
一後花園院御綸旨 橘に金宝
宣下充行薬商人諸国立場事
右任先規旨於当今御代被定置処者
自筑紫坪田市初諸国市町諸郷園
於売買者不可有子細者也若於此義有
致違乱者何様之雖為商人可処罪科

見聞したことを順次書き継いだもの
一、後花園院御綸旨 橘に金宝の紋
宣下し充行す、薬商人が諸国に立場を設けることについて
右は先例の規定に従い、当代においても定め置かれるところであるが、
筑紫の坪田市を始めとして諸国の市町や諸郷において
売買を行うことについては異議があってはならない。もしこの件について
違反や混乱を起こす者があれば、どのような商人であっても罪科に処すべきである

1. Imperial Edict from Emperor Go-Hanazono With the crest of tachibana (orange blossom) and golden treasure
It is hereby declared and granted that medicine merchants may establish trading posts throughout the provinces.
The above, following previous regulations, has been established in the current reign as well.
Beginning with Tsubota Market in Chikushi and extending to markets, towns, and villages throughout the provinces,
there shall be no objection to conducting trade. If anyone
causes violations or disturbances regarding this matter, regardless of what kind of merchant they may be, they shall be subject to criminal punishment.
