一唐人之座并軽物座者三ヶ所其外一乗
三国端郷仁可有之事
一役銭之儀上品之絹壱疋宛若不沙汰之輩
在之者座を召放堅可申付事
一諸役免除之朱印雖有遣之者於此義者
可申付并往還之商人役銭可為拾疋宛事
右嘉吉元年六月十七日任綸旨可遣退徳用之儀
不可有相違之状如件

者である。ただし庄所においては唐商人が取り計らうべきである。
よってこのように下知する。

条々
一、唐人の座並びに軽物座は三ヶ所、その他一乗・三国端郷にあるべきこと
一、役銭の件について、上品の絹一疋ずつ、もし怠る者があれば、座を取り上げ厳しく申し付けること
一、諸役免除の朱印を与えられた者がいても、この件については申し付けるべきであり、また往来の商人の役銭は十疋ずつとすること
右、嘉吉元年六月十七日の綸旨に従って、徳用の件について相違があってはならない旨
