仕替える度毎に、またその小板の形も仕替える定めにて、たとえばこれまで四角の板なれば今度は瓢箪形とか、その次は菱形とか、小板の形を替える規則なり。よってこの焼印のない豆腐売人が歩いて行く時は、その豆腐箱を取り上げる十八軒仲ヶ間の定約なり。廃藩置県の後は豆腐商家も増加して、こんな旧弊は止んだ。
