再應御行着ニ奉申上覚
早淵村福満寺南虚空蔵堂為修覆子供
浄瑠璃興行仕度旨先達而奉願上候ニ付願之通
相違無之哉之御趣を以御鍛糺被仰付候ニ付而ハ右
御願帋面ニ相違無御座旨申上ニ付御聞届被仰付
難有奉畏居申所頃日以来雨天續ニ而未初而
興行不仕追々子供入込候ニ付而ハ此間中天気
支喰込ニ相成甚迷惑奉仕居申義ニ御座候然所御
願紙相振候様之仕成方ニも可仕哉之旨粗相聞
候哉之御趣を以再應御行着被仰付奉恐入候先達而
御願申上通子供浄瑠璃興行仕候義
相違無之此上御願帋面ニ相振候仕成御座候ハヽ
如何様御咎被仰付候而も迷惑と申上間敷候依而

再調査のご検分について申し上げる覚書
早淵村福満寺南虚空蔵堂の修復のため、子供による
浄瑠璃興行をしたい旨、先日お願い申し上げましたところ、願い出の通り
相違ないかどうかというご趣旨で、ご詮議をお申し付けいただきましたので、右の
お願い書面に相違ございません旨申し上げましたところ、お聞き届けをお申し付けいただき
ありがたく恐れ入っておりますが、近頃連日の雨天続きで、まだ初回の
興行ができず、だんだんと子供たちが集まってきておりますので、この間の天気待ちで
食い込むような状況となり、大変迷惑をおかけしており申し訳ございません。しかしながら、お
願い書に違反するような行為もするのではないかという旨、粗々お聞きになった
ということで、再度ご検分をお申し付けいただき、恐れ入ります。先日
お願い申し上げました通り、子供浄瑠璃興行をいたします件については
相違ございません。この上でお願い書面に違反する行為がございましたら、
どのようなお咎めをお申し付けになりましても、迷惑だと申し上げるつもりはございません。よって
再調査のご検分について申し上げますが、少しも相違ございません。以上

Memorandum submitted regarding the second investigation and inspection
For the repair of the Nankokūzō Hall at Fukuman Temple in Hayabuchi Village, we previously submitted a petition requesting permission to hold a children's
jōruri performance. In response, you ordered an investigation to confirm whether there were no discrepancies with our petition. When we reported that there were no discrepancies with our written petition, you graciously granted approval.
However, due to continuous rainy weather recently, we have not yet been able to hold the initial
performance, and as children have been gradually gathering, the weather delays have caused
complications, creating great inconvenience. Nevertheless, we have heard rumors that we might engage in activities that violate our petition, and therefore you have ordered a second inspection, for which we are deeply apologetic. Regarding the matter of holding children's jōruri performances that we petitioned for previously,
there are no discrepancies. Furthermore, if there are any violations of our written petition,
we will not complain of inconvenience regardless of what punishment you may impose. Therefore,
regarding this second investigation and inspection, we submit that there are absolutely no discrepancies. The above.
