現代語訳
朝鮮、琉球、蝦夷、および小笠原島、並びにカラフト、ラッコ島、カムサスカなど数か国の隣接する形勢を見せるために、別に一面に数か国の小図を作って四図に合わせて全部で五図とする。この小図を見て隣接する方位を知るべきである。

In order to show the geographical situation of the adjacent countries of Korea, Ryukyu, Ezo, as well as Ogasawara Island, together with Karafuto, Rakko Island, Kamchatka, and several other countries, I have separately created a small map of these several countries on one sheet, combining it with the four maps to make five maps in total. By viewing this small map, one should understand the directions of the adjacent territories.
