且者纔之価に而貫目多品遠路運送仕故雑費に引
必下直に罷成可申と奉存候に付可相成義に候得者郡々に而
壱ケ所位勝手宜布場所を以稼被仰付候得者右不弁理
無之相応之直段に相捌壱統難有相心得可申燈油
一牧に拘候得者縦令少々高直に候共人家身体に応し
相用迷惑之唱も薄く候得とも右之懸専小民ともへ
相障り可申義故御堅察被仰付被下度奉存候

必ず安値になってしまうと存じ奉りますにつき、相成る事に候得ば各郡にて
一ヶ所位勝手よろしき場所を以て稼業を仰せ付けられ候得ば右の不便利
これなく相応の直段にて売り捌き、一統ありがたく心得申すべく、灯油
一様に拘り候得ば、たとえ少々高値に候とも人家身体に応じて
相用い、迷惑の唱えも薄く候得ども、右の掛かり専ら小民どもへ
相障り申すべき事ゆえ、御堅察を仰せ付けられ下され度く存じ奉り候。
右の通り御箇条に相当たり、存志を指し控えることなく申し奉り、且々前段の掛かりに
対する御究めこれなくとも、随意に稼業を仰せ付けられ候得ば商いの事
煩わしき事これなき方と存じ奉り候。右御箇条の外に何をもって存志申し上げ度き
