秤の精度の違いにも関係して価格が上下するため、値段を決めてしまっては都合が悪く、厳格にお決めになってしまえば、少量のために遠方へも買い出し人が向かわず、かえって売り払いに支障をきたし迷惑することになると存じます。この件については相対取引やせり買いとしていただきたく、そうすれば安値で買い叩こうとする者には売り手がおらず、搾油業を営む者も小寄所へ向かって都合の良い方へ仲買商人も集まるため、自然と相場が立ち、一様に行き渡って不都合なことも起こらないものと存じます。相場を一律に決めるのは争いの元で、区々になる方が値段も十分にせり上がるようになるのが道理と存じます。もし右の見込み通りに運ばない場合は、なおその時に至ってご指図をいただきたく存じます。右の件について私どもが協議した次第をお聞きに入れ、上申していただきますようお願いいたします。以上

In that case, there would be no sellers for those trying to buy at low prices, and oil pressing operators would also head to collection points, with brokers gathering where it is most convenient for them. This would naturally establish market prices, spread uniformly, and prevent inconveniences. Setting uniform market prices is the source of disputes, and it is reasonable that varied pricing would result in prices being bid up sufficiently.
