一病死立替等之節は都而本頭可取扱事

三ヶ二被下三ヶ一減に相成候事
心覚 但御水主組 御鳥見 忍組なと御入人無之事
右之通に候処其後相改り株金之内半分被下候様に相成候事

一同連判壱貫弐百匁
右之位に而可有之事也御入人等被仰付候而も是程は可被下置事なるへし
一御杉形組株金三十弐両株上納定
但相対株金に而は組町株四十両外宅株四十二両壱弐歩之由
