一侍中新規被召出候事於月番宅其手筋之者并御目付指加被申渡筈
但右手筋之者被指加候者本人親類無之候而も右手筋を親類ニ准し可取扱候事且

一享保五子十月十五日於江戸河野左司馬被召出拝知百五十石大番組被仰付河野松庵老親類之由に而兼而願被申上に依而也其節大御番頭月番皆川多左衛門へ右
左司馬被召出拝知百五十石被下置大番組に被仰付候間何も引廻御奉公為相勤候様に被仰出候仲間之面々へも可申聞旨被申渡之但此已後共に他所より罷参番組に

一延享三寅年七月八日江戸ニ而御留守居大谷一右衛門伴田九右衛門最寄之石田平治被
召出候節酒井玄蕃方御長屋江一右衛門九右衛門儀平治同道罷出両人指加平治罷出其方儀
大御番ニ被召出拝知百石被下置候旨玄蕃方被申渡其節御目付波多野久右衛門罷出候
一同節大番頭永見多門儀玄蕃方小屋へ被招石田平治与申者大御番入拝知百石ニ被召
出候間引廻為相勤可申候尤定府ニ被仰付候旨多門へ被申渡其節久右衛門罷出候
一同日永見多門申聞候は石田平治儀今日被召出候に付御番相勤候様に被仰付候先当分為見翌昼
之内毎日御番所へ為相詰候尤泊番之儀ハ順之通相勤候様当分ハ浅草見付之外旅篭町
山口屋甚兵衛借宅ニ罷在候旨申聞候留有之
一宝暦十四申年九月廿五日酒井外記方於宅高屋丈太夫御留守居組へ被召出御扶持方
三人ふち被下置候兄真杉所左衛門差加り罷出ル畢而番頭恒岡安左衛門へ万端各々被引
廻御奉公相勤候様可被致にと申儀被仰渡候
現代語訳
侍中並びに子供その他召し出されることおよび御取り立てについて
一、侍中を新規に召し出される際は、月番宅において、その手筋の者および御目付を同席させて申し渡すこと。
ただし、右の手筋の者を同席させる場合、本人に親類がいない場合でも、右の手筋を親類に準じて取り扱うべきこと。また、他所から侍中番組へ召し出される際は、皆で協力して御奉公を勤めるよう、月番の番頭へ申し渡すこと。
一、享保五年（1720年）子年十月十五日、江戸において河野左司馬が召し出され、拝知百五十石、大番組に仰せ付けられた。河野松庵の老親類ということで、かねてから願い出ていたことによる。その際、大御番頭月番の皆川多左衛門へ、右の左司馬を召し出し拝知百五十石を下し置き大番組に仰せ付けられたので、皆で協力して御奉公を勤めるよう申し出た。仲間の面々にも申し聞かせる旨が申し渡された。ただし、今後とも他所から参り番組に召し出される者がある際は、右の通り申し渡すことが申し出された。
一、延享三年（1746年）寅年七月八日、江戸において御留守居の大谷一右衛門・伴田九右衛門の最寄りの石田平治が召し出された際、酒井玄蕃方の御長屋へ一右衛門・九右衛門が平治に同道して出向き、両人が同席して平治に対し、その方は大御番に召し出され拝知百石を下し置かれた旨を玄蕃方が申し渡した。その際、御目付の波多野久右衛門が出席した。
一、同じ際、大番頭の永見多門が玄蕃方の小屋へ招かれ、石田平治という者が大御番入りで拝知百石に召し出されたので、皆で協力して勤めるべきこと、もっとも定府に仰せ付けられた旨が多門へ申し渡された。その際、久右衛門が出席した。
一、同日、永見多門が申し聞かせたのは、石田平治が今日召し出されたことにつき、御番を勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、まず当分見習いとして翌昼の間、毎日御番所へ詰めること。もっとも泊番については順番通り勤めること。当分は浅草見付の外、旅篭町の山口屋甚兵衛借宅に居住している旨を申し聞かせたという記録がある。
一、宝暦十四年（1764年）申年九月二十五日、酒井外記方の宅において、高屋丈太夫が御留守居組へ召し出され、御扶持方三人扶持を下し置かれた。兄の真杉所左衛門が同席して出向いた。その後、番頭の恒岡安左衛門へ、万端皆々で協力して御奉公を勤めるようにすべきことが申し渡された。

Regarding the summoning of samurai retainers (jichū), their children, and others, as well as their promotion
1. When newly summoning samurai retainers, the announcement shall be made at the monthly duty officer's residence, with the presence of those from the relevant lineage and the inspector (metsuke).
However, when including those from the relevant lineage, even if the person has no relatives, the lineage members shall be treated as equivalent to relatives. Also, when summoning someone from elsewhere to the samurai retainer group, instructions shall be given to the monthly duty group leader that everyone should cooperate in performing their service.
1. On the 15th day of the 10th month of Kyōhō 5 (1720), in Edo, Kawano Sashima was summoned and granted a stipend of 150 koku, appointed to the Great Guard Group. This was due to his being an elderly relative of Kawano Shōan, for whom a petition had been submitted beforehand. At that time, to the Great Guard Group leader on monthly duty, Minagawa Tasaemon, it was announced that the aforementioned Sashima was summoned, granted 150 koku, and appointed to the Great Guard Group, so everyone should cooperate in performing their service. Instructions were given to inform the group members as well. It was declared that henceforth, when anyone from elsewhere is summoned to join the group, the same instructions shall be given.
1. On the 8th day of the 7th month of Enkyō 3 (1746), in Edo, when Ishida Heiji, who was close to the deputy governors Ōtani Ichiemon and Banda Kuemon, was summoned, Ichiemon and Kuemon accompanied Heiji to Sakai Genba's official residence. With both present, Genba's representative announced to Heiji that he was summoned to the Great Guard and granted a stipend of 100 koku. Inspector Hatano Kyūemon was present at that time.
1. At the same time, Great Guard leader Nagami Tamon was invited to Genba's quarters and informed that a person named Ishida Heiji had been summoned to join the Great Guard with a 100 koku stipend, so everyone should cooperate in service. Moreover, he was appointed to permanent Edo residence. Inspector Kyūemon was present.
1. On the same day, Nagami Tamon announced that since Ishida Heiji had been summoned that day, he was ordered to perform guard duty. As a temporary measure for observation, he should report to the guard station daily until the next noon. Overnight guard duties should be performed according to the regular rotation. For now, he resides in rented quarters at Yamaguchiya Jinbei's in Hatagocho, outside Asakusa checkpoint, as recorded.
1. On the 25th day of the 9th month of Hōreki 14 (1764), at Sakai Geki's residence, Takaya Jōtayū was summoned to the deputy governor group and granted a three-person rice allowance. His elder brother Masugi Shozaemon accompanied him. Afterward, instructions were given to group leader Tsuneoka Yazaemon that in all matters, everyone should cooperate in performing their service.
