欽文様御相手被　仰付候事
一同十一戌年九月弓術致出
精年齢ゟ手際宜相聞候ニ付
為御褒美的矢二手被下置候

欽文様御相手被　仰付置候処
年頃も在之儀ニ付御免被成候事
一同年八月先達而御相手被
仰付置候内精出相勤候ニ付銀子

現代語訳

妻は養父左膳高知の娘　文化二年（丑年）二月十五日誕生

一、文化三年（寅年）五月、実家に滞在していた際、欽文様の御相手を仰せ付けられた事

一、同十一年（戌年）九月、弓術に精進し、年齢の割に手際が良いと聞こえてきたので、御褒美として的矢二手を下し置かれた事

一、同十二年（亥年）五月、欽文様の御相手を仰せ付け置かれていたところ、年頃にもなったので御免になられた事

一、同年八月、先達て御相手を仰せ付け置かれていた間、精を出して相勤めたので、銀子三枚、綿二把を下し置かれた事

一、同月、親の願いの通り初めての御目見を仰せ付けられた事

一、同十四年（丑年）《月日不詳》江戸表において実家の祖父兵馬と同道で滞在していた際、御即位が済んだので御祝儀として御《見せ消ち：固→国》

Wife: Daughter of adoptive father Sazen Takatomo, born on the fifteenth day of the second month of Bunka 2 (Year of the Ox)

1. In the fifth month of Bunka 3 (Year of the Tiger), while staying at his actual family home, he was appointed as a companion to Lord Kinbun.

1. In the ninth month of Bunka 11 (Year of the Dog), having devoted himself to archery and being heard to have good technique for his age, he was awarded two sets of target arrows as a reward.

1. In the fifth month of Bunka 12 (Year of the Boar), having been appointed as a companion to Lord Kinbun, he was relieved of this duty as he had come of age.

1. In the eighth month of the same year, having diligently served during his previous appointment as companion, he was awarded three pieces of silver and two bundles of cotton.

1. In the same month, he was granted his first formal audience as requested by his father.
