一、文政7年（申年）12月8日 一人扶持を下され、御家中の療治を仰せ付けられる
一、同9年（戌年）5月5日 御扶持方を下されることになったため、御目見を仰せ付けられる
一、天保5年（午年）3月23日 御領内の不作のために献米を行い、その上で郷方の御用を年来出精して相勤め、月並の講釈も怠らず罷り出て相勤めた。これらのことにより御扶持方を御増しされ三人扶持を下され、今後は刀を帯びることも差し支えない
一、同11年（子年）正月15日 御城下において数年間医業に出精したため、表御医師に召し出され、御宛行高20俵2人扶持を下され、格式は御供頭格とされ、御用人支配とされる

Karaki Ryūhaku
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu:
1. 7th year of Bunsei era (Year of the Monkey), 12th month, 8th day: Granted one person's stipend and appointed to provide medical treatment for the lord's retainers.
2. 9th year of the same era (Year of the Dog), 5th month, 5th day: As he was granted a stipend allowance, he was granted an audience with the lord.
3. 5th year of Tenpō era (Year of the Horse), 3rd month, 23rd day: Due to crop failure in the domain, he made a rice donation. Furthermore, having diligently served in rural administrative duties for many years and faithfully attending monthly lectures without negligence, his stipend was increased to three persons' allowance, and he was permitted to wear a sword going forward.
4. 11th year of the same era (Year of the Rat), 1st month, 15th day: Having practiced medicine diligently in the castle town for several years, he was summoned to become an official domain physician, granted a stipend of 20 hyō and allowance for two persons, given the rank equivalent to御供頭 (gokytōgashira), and placed under the supervision of the domain administrator.
