頼寧君の時代
一 天保十一年（1840年）六月十三日 荒町村にて、医者柿木龍卓の家名を相続したいという小嶋軍平の願いの通り仰せ出され、かねてより内願の筋もあったため、格別の取り計らいをもって新規に召し抱えられ、高二十俵二人扶持を下され、御供番格御次番を仰せ付けられる
一 弘化二年（1845年）正月十五日 書役を仰せ付けられる
一 嘉永四年（1851年）六月十三日 江戸在番先
一 同年七月十八日 当分の間、御子様方御殿詰を仰せ付けられ、御供方へも出仕するよう通達される
一 嘉永五年（1852年）六月二十三日 御祐筆当分助勤を仰せ付けられる。その他はこれまで通り
一 同年十二月一日 在番を免ぜられる

During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- Tenpō 11 (1840), 6th month, 13th day: At Aramachi village, as per the petition of Kojima Gunpei to inherit the family name of the physician Kakinoki Ryūtaku, it was granted as requested. Since there had been prior private petitions regarding this matter, he was newly employed with special consideration, granted a stipend of 20 hyō and rations for two persons, and appointed to the rank of gokūban-kaku gojiban.
- Kōka 2 (1845), 1st month, 15th day: Appointed as secretary (shoyaku).
- Kaei 4 (1851), 6th month, 13th day: Posted to Edo duty station.
- Same year, 7th month, 18th day: Temporarily appointed to attend the young lords' quarters and instructed to also report to the escort division.
- Kaei 5 (1852), 6th month, 23rd day: Appointed as temporary assistant secretary (goyūhitsu tōbun sukekin). All other duties remain as before.
- Same year, 12th month, 1st day: Relieved from stationed duty.
