頼寧君の御代
一 天保二年（1831年）卯年五月二十五日 新規に召し出され、格式は御茶道並、禄高十六俵二人扶持を下され、江戸勝手を仰せ付けられる
一 弘化二年（1845年）巳年二月三日 御供番格次席に昇格され、二俵の御加増を下される
一 同四年（1847年）未年十一月二十日 心得方がよく、針治も出精につき、御供番順席に昇格され、二俵御加増
一 嘉永四年（1851年）亥年正月十五日 二俵御加増を下される
一 同年六月十三日 当御帰城の節、御供番を仰せ付けられる

- Tenpō 2 (1831), 5th month, 25th day: Newly appointed with the rank of tea ceremony assistant, granted a stipend of 16 hyō and provisions for two retainers, assigned to Edo service
- Kōka 2 (1845), 2nd month, 3rd day: Promoted to second rank of attendant guard format, granted an increase of 2 hyō
- Same 4th year (1847), 11th month, 20th day: Due to good understanding and diligent practice of acupuncture treatment, promoted to regular rank of attendant guard, granted an increase of 2 hyō
- Kaei 4 (1851), 1st month, 15th day: Granted an increase of 2 hyō
- Same year, 6th month, 13th day: Appointed as attendant guard upon the lord's return to the castle
- Same 7th year (1854), 8th month, 13th day: Due to illness, by special compassion sent to his home domain, to move with dependents as preparations are completed. Arrived at home domain on the 24th of the same month
