一今般地震出火ニ付御武家方并寺院ゟ
　門前町屋又は隣町其外え米銭等施シ被差出
　貰請候米銭町々人数且寺院之内寺社
　御奉行所ゟ御褒美御賞シ等ニ相成候分取調
　可申上旨御沙汰ニ付私共組合町々并最寄共取調
　候得共右体御武家方并寺院ゟ施シ貰請候

現代語訳

一、今般の地震・出火につき、御武家方並びに寺院より
　門前の町屋または隣町その他へ米銭等の施しを差し出し、
　もらい受けた米銭、町々の人数、かつ寺院の内で寺社
　御奉行所より御褒美・御賞等に相成る分を取り調べ
　申し上げるべき旨の御沙汰につき、私ども組合の町々並びに最寄りを取り調べ
　たところ、右のような御武家方並びに寺院より施しをもらい受けた

1. Regarding the recent earthquake and fires, concerning the rice, money and other relief
provided by samurai households and temples to
merchant houses in front of temple gates, neighboring towns and other areas,
we have received an official order to investigate and report on
the rice and money received, the number of people in each town, and also
which temples among the religious institutions received commendations and rewards from the
Temple and Shrine Magistrate's Office.
Therefore, we investigated the towns in our association and neighboring areas,
but we found no cases where relief was received from such samurai households or temples
