右は先月二日夜地震ニ而境内え立退居候者え白米三斗飯ニ
焚差遣申候此分未タ御賞伺等無御座候
卯十月七日 浅草御掃除屋敷并
地震ニ付施シ 隣町共
一 金拾壱両 表店四拾八軒
但壱軒ニ付金弐朱宛 裏店五拾軒
右は浅草御掃除屋敷栄助地借住居仏光寺御門跡家来貸附所
関斎□【亥か】殿ゟ施差出申候
卯十月五日 浅草元吉町
地震ニ付施 表地借壱軒
一 白米四斗 裏地借壱軒
右は拝領地主御小人佐々木鉄之助殿ゟ施差出申候

右は先月2日夜地震にて境内へ避難していた者へ白米3斗を飯に炊いて差し上げ申した。この分未だ御褒賞の伺い等はない。
卯年10月7日 浅草御掃除屋敷並びに
地震につき施し 隣町共
一 金11両 表店48軒
但し1軒につき金2朱ずつ 裏店50軒
右は浅草御掃除屋敷の栄助地借住居、仏光寺御門跡家来の貸附所、関斎殿より施しを差し出し申した。

地震につき施し 表地借1軒
一 白米4斗 裏地借1軒
右は拝領地主御小人佐々木鉄之助殿より施しを差し出し申した。
