但飯ニ焚差出候 右門前町屋

右寺院ゟ施差出シ奇特之儀入御聴当月十六日寺社御奉行

The charitable donations from said temple being a commendable act, it was reported and on the 16th of this month, commendation was received at the office of Ota Settsu-no-kami, Commissioner of Temples and Shrines.
