現代語訳
階下勤役の次第
一、三日装束渡しの時、階下装束（箱に入れて左右に二つ）並びに大刀（二振を一箱に入れる）等を請け取ること。ただし、召具並びに朱傘等は渡さない間、三手文庫にある内から借用すること。大鼓鉦鼓の撥（左右一対ずつ）等は、左方階下勤役の者たちが直会所へ出る時、便宜により取り除いて置いたものを取り帰ることができる。
一、同日、五郎太郎が菖蒲を小二把ずつ当日の腰帯の料として左右の階下へ持参するため、祝儀の御酒を出し、下行判一升ずつ遣わすこと。
一、同日戌刻頃、両階下が浄衣で神前に参進して、当日申次

Procedures for Lower Rank Officials' Duties
1. When ceremonial costumes are distributed on the third day, the lower rank officials shall receive their costumes (placed in boxes, two on the left and right) along with large swords (two swords placed in one box), etc. However, since accessories and red umbrellas are not distributed, they shall borrow from what is available in the three-compartment document storage. The drumsticks for large drums and gongs (one pair each for left and right) that were set aside for convenience when the left-side lower rank officials go to the fellowship hall may be taken back.
