始於彼地数日致勤労候ニ付於

現代語訳
一、寛政三亥年十二月、射芸に精を出し、当春中の昼夜の大数を滞りなく行った段、奇特と思し召され、御褒美として的矢三手を下し置かれた事
一、同六寅年十二月、芝御屋敷の御類焼の節、難儀をも厭わず真心から材木の運送を行った奇特な儀と思し召され、格別の訳を以って学校にて御料理を下し置かれた事
一、文化五辰年正月、兄の半右衛門が蝦夷地御固のため御用で赴く際、介添として同行するため、御城にて御目見を仰せ付けられ、御流御酒を下し置かれた事
一、同年十二月、蝦夷地御固御用の介添として赴いた所、海陸の往来をはじめ、かの地にて数日勤労したため、御城にて御料理を下し置かれた事
