早成（はやなり）が子（こ）蝋燭下疳（らうそくげかん）の両賊將（りやうぞくしやう）入（いり）こみ陰茎山（いんきやうざん）鼻梁山（びりやうさん）を
攻侵（せめおか）し陣（ぢん）を進（すゝ）めて国中（こくちう）に向（むか）ふ山勢（さんせい）次第（しだい）に陥落（かんらく）し下民（かみん）
逃亡（ちやうぼう）して気血（きけつ）あれ肌肉（きにく）枯痩（こさう）す又（また）両眼門（りやうがんもん）にも腐爛（ふらん）疼痛（とうつう）
の陣（ぢん）を張（は）り小賊（せうぞく）に下知（げぢ）して近辺（きんぺん）を乱暴（らんぼう）させ頭脳（づのう）の間（あいだ）に
往来（わうらい）し鬨（とき）を作（つく）り螺（ほら）を吹（ふ）き鐘（かね）をならせば其声（そのこへ）頭門（づもん）耳門（にもん）

黴効散 計略を定めて敵を討つ
その後、助八という人体国では、上攻結毒がその子である結毒難治、下疳早成がその子である蝋燭下疳の両悪役の将軍が侵入し、陰茎山、鼻梁山を攻め侵して陣を進め国中に向かった。山の砦は次第に陥落し、下級の民は逃亡して気血は荒れ、肌肉は痩せ衰えた。また両眼門にも腐爛疼痛の陣を張り、小さな賊に命令して近辺を乱暴させ、頭脳の間を往来し、鬨の声を上げ法螺を吹き鐘を鳴らすと、その声は頭門、耳門に響き、土脈が揺れ動いて裂けるようで、住民の嘆きと国王の苦しみ

Enjumaru boasts of his courage but suffers defeat
Baikōsan formulates a strategy to strike the enemy
Subsequently, in the human body country called Sukehachi, the two villainous generals—Jōkō Ketsudoku and his son Ketsudoku Nanji, along with Gekan Sōsei and his son Rōsoku Gekan—invaded and attacked Inkei Mountain and Biryō Mountain, advancing their positions toward the interior of the country. The mountain fortresses gradually fell, the common people fled, their vital energy and blood became disturbed, and their flesh withered away. They also established camps of putrefaction and pain at both eye gates, commanding small bandits to wreak havoc in the vicinity. They moved back and forth within the brain, raised war cries, blew conch shells, and rang bells. The sound reverberated through the head gate and ear gate, causing the earth's veins to shake and seem to split, bringing lamentation to the residents and suffering to the king.
