松原竹右衛門矩隆の娘 《宝暦11年（1761年）10月9日病死、法名は源心院妙量日寿大姉、葬所は法紹山浄光寺》
一 元禄12年（1699年）10月、青木丈之助方へ
養子に出されることを願い出た件
一 同14年（1701年）（月不詳）養父丈之助に男子が
誕生したため、願い出て実家に戻った件

下賜され、
紹栴院様の御懐守として召し出され、江戸常
